The Pathways Program is a workforce-focused initiative designed to support adults in achieving economic stability through education and career advancement. Participants engage in integrated instruction that includes workforce readiness, digital literacy, and high school equivalency preparation.

Each participant develops an individualized plan aligned to their goals and receives ongoing support to stay on track. The program also incorporates basic needs support and connections to community resources to reduce barriers to participation.

Aligned with local labor market needs, the program connects participants to career pathways and training opportunities in high-demand industries, supporting long-term employment and financial stability. Must be Norwich resident 18+.
