Learn English & Build Skills

Workforce English

Our English classes help adult learners build practical language skills for work, education, family life, and everyday situations.

Classes are offered at different English proficiency levels and combine reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, and real-world communication.

Depending on the class, learners may practice:

• Workplace vocabulary and communication

• Reading and completing forms

• Writing emails and messages

• Talking with employers, teachers, healthcare providers, and community organizations

• Job applications and interviews

• Digital skills

• Financial and everyday-life vocabulary

• Building confidence speaking English

Our goal isn't simply to help learners improve their English. It's to help them use English to accomplish their goals.

High School Equivalency Support

A high school diploma or equivalency credential can open the door to employment, career training, college, and new opportunities.

RCLC provides individualized support for adults working toward a high school equivalency credential through programs such as GED and the National External Diploma Program (NEDP).

We help learners understand their options, identify the best pathway, prepare academically, navigate the process, and stay supported along the way.
