15 years of advocacy, development,
and nonprofit management
experience. Currently, she is leading
CT Data's social enterprise, Data
Strategic Planning. In just the first
year, she has helped 40 nonprofits
and raised $800,000. Finn also
serves as adjunct faculty at Three
Rivers Community College.

Wisnel is a dedicated Haitian professional with a passion for community service and high quality management. With a Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration and Management, he brings eight years of experience in driving impactful initiatives andleading teams. Reyni Joseph, LMSW, is a dedicated professional.  Since her teenage years,she has been actively involved in various initiatives aimed at enhancing community cohesion, fostering growth, and currently, contributing to workforce development. As an advocate for progress and inclusivity,Reyni continues to support the educational and developmental needs of Southeastern CT residents.

Liz Fratus is the owner and lead hairstylist of Headspace Salon LLC. A Norwich Tech graduate and licensed cosmetologist since 1999, she has been helping eastern Connecticut feel confident and beautiful for over 25 years. Dedicated to her community, Liz has volunteered with groups including the Eastern CT Chamber Young Professionals, BNI, Rose City Network, Norwich Tech, and Rose City Learning Center, where she has led events and fundraisers supporting local causes. Outside of work, Liz enjoys nature, traveling, volunteering, and time with her four children, her dog, and her friends and family.

A veteran special education teacher with more than 20 years of experience at Lisbon Central School, Sarah specializes in helping learners access their education and reach their fullest potential. She holds master’s degrees in both Elementary Education and Special Education and is deeply committed to promoting literacy for struggling readers and advancing equity in education. A Norwich native, Sarah is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Rose City Learning Center and is passionate about supporting its mission to empower English language learners in the community. She currently resides in Plainfield with her daughter.

Duneshka is a proud first-generation graduate of Mitchell College, where she discovered her passion for social media marketing, content creation, and project coordination. As a Multimedia Sales Executive at The Day newspaper, she helps local businesses bring their vision to life through creative advertising and impactful campaigns across print, digital, and events.

With a love for creativity, curiosity, and community, Duneshka thrives on building connections, understanding goals, and crafting strategies that deliver real results.

Lisa Reck is the Founder and Owner of Horizon Bookkeeping Services, where she provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, and advisory services to small businesses. With nearly two decades of experience in accounting and finance, she is passionate about helping business owners understand their financials, make informed decisions, and build sustainable, growing businesses. Lisa is actively involved in her local business community through networking and volunteer leadership and enjoys using her financial expertise to support organizations that make a positive impact.

Hannah is a Project Manager at Dimeo Construction, where she manages construction projects with a current focus on laboratory fit-outs for companies and universities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from WPI and is pursuing MBA and Master of Engineering degrees at UConn. A Norwich resident for the past seven years, Hannah is also a member of the Lowthorpe Meadow Association and is passionate about giving back and becoming more involved in her community.
