At Rose City Learning Center, we offer in-person English classes for adults at every level. Whether you’re just beginning to learn English or looking to improve your skills for work or daily life, we have a program for you.

Foundational English
Foundational English class is for learners with no or limited English proficiency. Participants will learn and use digital literacy skills and be given numerous opportunities to participate in meaningful language interactions to accelerate English acquisition.

English for Special Purposes
English for Special Purposes class is designed for learners who have already acquired basic functional literacy and English conversational skills. Participants will learn and use digital literacy skills and be given numerous opportunities to participate in meaningful language interactions to accelerate English acquisition.

Community ESL & Civic Participation
Community ESL and Civic Participation is created for learners of all proficiency levels and interests. Led by the Support Services Director, these open enrollment classes meet in person every Thursday.
