Community Involvement
At Rose City Learning Center, we believe community partnerships are essential to creating lasting change. By working closely with local organizations, we extend learning beyond the classroom and connect our learners to the resources they need to succeed in their personal and professional lives.
We collaborate with a wide network of partners—including Jewish Family Services, United Community and Family Services, Catholic Charities, Otis Library, Norwich Free Academy, Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce, CT State Community College Three Rivers, and others—to provide access to healthcare, legal support, employment opportunities, financial literacy, and educational pathways.
Through strong community connections, we empower our students while contributing to a stronger, more vibrant Norwich community.
We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with Otis Library, which has gone above and beyond to support our students and programs. Their welcoming environment, resources, and dedicated staff have provided invaluable opportunities for our learners to explore, study, and grow.
